Cybadoc is a document/contract generator that will allow you to create large quantities of documents quickly and easily while still adhering to your legal and financial structures and making sure that you remain within the corporate guidelines and procedures.
Cybadoc achieves this by empowering the experts in the User Department to design their documents together with the rules and regulations that must apply. The normal users in the User Department are then presented with a dropdown selection of document types, simple data capture for the case specific details and a single key to initiate the compilation of the document.
In addition Cybadoc incorporates a full authorisation process that passes the document up the management chain for viewing and acceptance. During this process the document is fully controlled by Cybadoc to ensure that no changes are made to the document without it being highlighted to other authorisers and that no document can be printed as final prior to reaching the top of the chain.
Cybadoc also retains all generated documents together with the case specific details in Cybavault for viewing and rebuilding purposes. This means that you are safe in the knowledge that you always have a backup.
Once everyone is happy with the final document and they want it to be sent out, Cybadoc removes all the changes and prints the correct amount of copies and can automatically send pdf copies via email to designated people.
